


Etiquette is born out of a desire to assist restaurants with providing their clientele with a standard of service that will keep them coming back.

I have been fortunate enough to work, and eat, in some of South Africa best restaurants. I have also been involved in the design an implementation of new restaurant menus while working in the industry.

Since 'retiring' from the service industry, I have noticed through visiting establishments, how many have accepted a poor standard of service and food production from their staff. It is with these numerous bad experiences in mind that Etiquette has been created.

I know what a highly competitive market the food service industry is. While numerous restaurants open and shut their doors every year, there are only a small few who have found the winning formula to retaining clientele and high standards year upon year. I wish to assist those restaurants who are struggling or who have identified a problem area, as I understand that every owner has gone into the industry for the love of food & wants to share this with their visitors.
